Who needs a blogroll when you have an RSS reader? And why have I been avoiding a real reader for so long? There is only so much you can do with LiveJournal’s syndication feeds. And we’ve got family slaving away to make sure I love my reader. And I do love my reader. I can’t believe I didn’t drink the kool-aid before. The euphemism kool-aid because anyone who has been around me for the last 19 months knows I drink mass quantities of actual kool-aid what with the pregnancy and then the nursing and no one making a diet pop without evil chemicals. And now I am rambling and me with over 355 blog entries to read. Courtesy of my new reader. Yay for readers!

I found I just scrolled past the feeds on livejournal, so I switched to Google Reader a few months ago and love it. Of course that doesn’t mean I’ve gotten around to removing all the feeds from LJ yet ;-).

Which reader are you using, out of curiosity? I’m looking for suggestions on a good one, myself.

I’m in the process of drinking the Kool-Aid myself and moving over to Google Reader, since I’m trying to avoid doing any actual work today. :)

Seconding Annie’s question - I’d love to hear more about the reader you’re using, and why it’s better than just using LJ. I’ve been using LJ (I have my feeds in a separate filter, though, from my f-list, so they’re not all mushed up together). But if there is a better way to do it - with extra bells and whistles? - I’d love hear about it.
:)
